Davis Pediatric Dentistry offers in-office ZOOM whitening treatments. There are many things that can cause tooth discoloration. Some of the most common include the consumption of highly colored food and drinks (berries, coffee, tea, soda), as well as, an activity like swimming in the highly chlorinated water. One big advantage of in-office whitening is that in just one visit your child is able to have a brighter, healthier smile. ZOOM whitening treatments are different from over-the-counter whitening products because the whitening process is tailored to your needs with the right light intensity and duration during the treatment or with custom-fitted trays for take-home treatments. The process is completely safe for your child's teeth and gums, leaving the most common side effect being tooth and gum sensitivity.

We ask that our patinets be at least 15 years old and out of braces for at least 6 months prior to scheduling a whitening appointment to allow their gums to heal and the full tooth surface to be visible. For more infomation and to schedule, please call our office.
