Pediatric Dentistry Across the World
With my experience serving as a pediatric dentist in the U.S. Army Dental Corps, I’ve had the privilege of caring for young patients all over the world — Germany, South Korea, American Samoa, HawaiĘ»i, Tennessee, and Texas — many of whom were anxious or new to dental care. My philosophy is simple: treat every child as I would my own — with patience, clear communication, and a focus on long-term oral health. Trust is the foundation of that relationship, and it is what allows children to leave the office feeling safe and positive about their dental visits.
My mission is to equip, educate, and empower children and their parents with the knowledge and resources they need to enjoy a healthy, cavity-free life. I am passionate about helping children feel comfortable and confident at the dentist. Nothing is more rewarding than watching a nervous child leave the office smiling, knowing they understand what happened and feel proud of their healthy smile.

Personal Life
Dr. Flanders and his wife, Bonnie, were both born in the DFW area. They have four young children (soon to be five) and enjoy spending quality time together reading, bicycling, baking, playing tennis, playing board games, traveling, and being outdoors. Dr. Flanders is a proud veteran who recently completed over ten years of active-duty service in the U.S. Army Dental Corps and is excited to bring his expertise in pediatric care back to the DFW area.
